Hello, I’m Minh S Dong, a Melbourne-based Creative Lead and Sr. Art Director with over 15 years’ experience across LA, San Francisco, Boston, Saigon, and now Australia.

I help brands tell powerful stories and create experiences that connect, working from strategy and concept through to polished execution across digital, social, broadcast, and print. My focus is on building ideas that solve business challenges, grow brands, and inspire audiences.

I’ve led teams, guided brand strategy, and delivered bold work for global names like Pepsi, Daimler, Unilever, P&G, and BlueRock. My skills span conceptual ideation, brand building, art direction, and design leadership, with a track record of driving results and elevating creative standards.

When I’m not conceptualizing, I’m in the kitchen experimenting with flavors from around the world, because creativity doesn’t stop at the office.
